All quotations provided by Steve L. Dellinger Contractor are valid for a specified period. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions outlined herein and any additional terms specified in the quotation or contract.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the contract or invoice provided. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and access to the worksite. Any delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information or lack of access may result in additional charges.

5. Warranties and Liability

Steve L. Dellinger Contractor provides warranties on workmanship and materials as specified in the contract. We are not liable for damages or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions or third-party actions.

6. Changes to Services

Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing. Additional costs or time required due to changes will be reflected in an amended contract or change order.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the contract. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Steve L. Dellinger Contractor operates.
