“We’ve hired Steve L. Dellinger for all of our masonry projects and have highly recommended him to our family, friends and colleagues. From the beginning design concept to the finished product, we have always been thrilled!
Recently, Steve installed an 18 ft. circular concrete patio in our backyard with a fire pit in the center. In addition, he created a matching concrete pad for our hot tub. We love to entertain and have spent so much time enjoying it with our family and friends. It feels like we’ve added an additional room to our home. The finished product far exceeded any expectations we had!
Years ago, Steve bricked the front of our home and replaced our curbing. No matter how large or small the job is, he listened to what ideas we had, offered his expertise and professionally completed the project. Steve is a detail person and he and his crew were meticulous from start to finish. Because of Steve’s integrity, along with his impeccable workmanship, we wouldn’t think of hiring any other mason to work on our home!”

“Steve Dellinger replaced a blacktop driveway that had poor drainage with a new concrete driveway that included a polydrain system. They also replaced some concrete sidewalk, installed a new concrete patio, a front porch overlay and ran some new underground drain lines. We found the quality of service excellent.
Steve was always on the job and was very easy to get a hold of. He always returned our calls in a timely fashion. Steve and his employees were hard workers and friendly. We had other proposals, but with Steve’s everything was spelled out and covered. It was easy to understand. “After speaking with several landscape and concrete contractors, we contacted SLD for additional ideas about our property. The front and side of our dwelling needed freshening with new sidewalks and tasteful grooming. Steve visited our property in a timely fashion and, after carefully listening to our goals, presented his thoughts of what would best meet our needs. He promised to provide written detail and specifications for our review, and did so within the time promised.
The onsite work was scheduled to suit both our schedule and his. Work started as promised and proceeded on schedule. We quickly found that Steve and his staff were real craftsmen concerned about doing good work and delivering value. As work progressed, they invited our input and opinions and dealt with minor changes in positive fashion.
The completed project clearly met our expectations. At no time did we feel that SLD “went cheap” on either work quality or the material used on the project. The additional cost for needed change orders was very acceptable. Accordingly, we would rate the quality of workmanship as very good and would recommend SLD without hesitation.”
